Service and guaranteed quality of delivery in accordance with ISO certification

The continuing development of a business also requires it to adapt according to growing demands. In order to fully meet our demand for high quality, we have standardized our internal processes by undertaking an ISO standardization process for the Direct Mail Group, consisting of the Direct Mail Company, Direct Mail Logistik AG and Direct Mail Biel-Bienne AG. As a result, in 2002, the entire group of companies successfully obtained ISO certification in respect of Standard 9001:2000.

To meet market requirements, our current ISO-standardised process structure is to be reviewed and adapted on an ongoing basis, thus ensuring that we fulfil the quality claims that we make. It is crucial to our customers that, as a full-service direct marketing provider, we can guarantee a high-quality range of services in accordance with international standards, while offering optimum value for money.
