When we founded our company we considered the characteristics of a cheetah. Attributes such as strength, speed, dynamism and elegance came to mind – all concepts which should fully characterise our services right from the start.

These characteristics were symbolised by the logo of the Direct Mail Company Group, and the associated attributes of power, dynamism and speed are the basic principles of our company philosophy.

Since we started in business, our philosophy has been based on the guiding principle that people – be it customers, suppliers or employees – are at the heart of our daily activities. This includes managing employees with a sense of social responsibility and motivating them, in part by giving them a strong sense of responsibility.

In order to satisfy our customers' needs as fully as possible, our major aim is the ongoing improvement of our services. We want to offer our customers the highest quality services at fair prices, while giving them professional advice at all times.

We seek the right partners to assist us, and oblige them to supply products and services which correspond to our own standards, while seeking to ensure that we foster long-term relations with them, with parties working closely together.
