The most important advertising medium (the main one) for presenting their range of products is the annual catalogue, which is delivered unaddressed every August to households selected on the basis of a prior customer analysis by postcode. The primary medium is also accompanied by inserts with special campaigns and anniversary special offers, with additional support from Radio and TV advertising.
Measures:
The most important prerequisite for the distribution is ensuring on-time delivery and providing a consistently high-quality distribution service.
